At Fono, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
